Terms of Service

Welcome to Paragon. By accessing or using Paragon’s AI personal calendar assistant (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service & Access

• Paragon is a paid subscription service ($5/month) with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial.
• Each user is currently limited to 100 chat messages per day and is subject to change as we continue to improve the service.
• You may create multiple accounts if you manage multiple calendars.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may not scrape the website or use bots/automated tools to interact with the app without explicit consent.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful activity or to circumvent subscription fees or fair usage policies.

3. Account Suspension & Refunds

• Paragon may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, engaging in illegal activity, or attempting to avoid payment.
• Refunds are available for valid reasons at our discretion. Contact support@paragon.zone for assistance.

4. AI & Third-Party Integrations

• Paragon’s AI agent can view, create, edit, and delete your Google Calendar events (and may access additional features in future updates).
• You must explicitly authorize Google Calendar access via the Google OAuth flow.
• Paragon is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated responses or calendar actions.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Paragon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or AI-generated content.
• Paragon is not liable for missed events, scheduling errors, or damages resulting from reliance on the Service or AI.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email.
